Noone who’s fit ever asks “does this shirt make me look fat?” Why? Because they KNOW they aren’t fat. It’s all about confidence. Working out and diet is what’ll get you there.
15. Respect your stomach.
Feed it and/or treat it like garbage and it’ll look like garbage.
16. Therapeutic.
Working out is the best natural de-stresser. It’s an easy way to get away from the world, escape reality, and pump up endorphins, which increase pleasure and happiness.
