5. No regrets.
It’s pretty much impossible not to feel incredible after a killer workout. If you’re ever in a bad place, working out is a phenomenal way to get your mind right quickly.
6. Everyone has abs, you just have to find them.
Abs are a product of two things — low body fat and large ab muscles. Both are attainable by EVERYONE, but the level of time, effort, and discipline will vary by person.
I can’t lie — building a six pack takes months, even YEARS of hard work, but hey…Rome wasn’t built in a day. If abs are a major life goal of yours get to it ASAP, the sooner you start the sooner you’ll get there.
7. It’s all mental.
Physical change is 100% dependent on your attitude and mentality, not the other way around. Commit, focus, and push through, otherwise you’ll fall back into old habits and reverse progress.
8. Challenge.
Your body will NEVER change unless it’s challenged, that’s just the way it works. Push yourself and then push yourself harder — growth and transformation are all about stretching physical & mental boundaries.
