Live Cultures: B. Lactis, L. Acidophilus, L. Delbrueckiee Subsp. Bulgaricus, L. Delbrueckiee Subsp. Lactis, S. Thermophilus
Taste: A-. The sweetness is not quite as intense as flavored Greek yogurt, but there’s something to be said about pure, natural deliciousness. It’s unbelievably thick and creamy — even moreso than Greek yogurt — yet fluffy at the same time, with subtle flavoring.
What I Like:
- Very low-calorie
- Very high protein-to-sugar ratio
- No preservatives, artificial ingredients or HFCS. It’s lightly sweetened with agave, which is less prone to fat storage than regular sugar
- Uber impressive probiotic profile — the probiotics in siggi’s are much more effective and uncommon than those in typical greek yogurt
- Fat free
- No rBGH (growth hormone), GMO or gelatin (vegetarian)
- Milk from grass-fed cows
What I Don’t:
- Nada.
