Sugar: 12 g
V & Ms (Vitamins and Minerals):

Potassium - 400 mg, 11%
Calcium - 30%
Vitamin D - 0%
Phosphorus - 25%
Vitamin B 12 - 20%
Riboflavin - 30%

Live Cultures: L. ACIDOPHILUS

Taste: D. Yeeccccccch. Eating this completely plain is hardcore. It’s really bland and tangy, without much thickness. Add some cinnamon, natural fruit, muesli, nuts or ground flax seeds to add much-needed flavor.

What I Like:

  • Very low-calorie
  • No added sugar or artificial ingredients — it’s all milk
  • High in potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and riboflavin
  • Low total sugar, all of which is from lactose (in the milk)
  • Fat free

What I Don’t:

  • Weak probiotic profile
  • Tastes…blah.
  • No vitamin D
