Taste: B. It’s light years ahead of Dannon’s plain yogurt, but it’s still well…plain. The thickness and creaminess make it enjoyable on its own, and absolutely delicious with added fruit/nuts/flax/cinnamon. It’s also a phenomenal base for smoothies and shakes.

What I Like:
- Very low-calorie
- UBER high in protein — highest of any yogurt
- ZERO added sugar or artificial ingredients — it’s all milk
- Very low total sugar, all of which is from lactose (in the milk)
- Strong probiotic profile
- Gluten free, gelatin free (vegetarian)
- Non-GMO
What I Don’t:
- Very mediocre taste on its own
