Taste: B. It’s light years ahead of Dannon’s plain yogurt, but it’s still well…plain. The thickness and creaminess make it enjoyable on its own, and absolutely delicious with added fruit/nuts/flax/cinnamon. It’s also a phenomenal base for smoothies and shakes.

What I Like:

  • Very low-calorie
  • UBER high in protein — highest of any yogurt
  • ZERO added sugar or artificial ingredients — it’s all milk
  • Very low total sugar, all of which is from lactose (in the milk)
  • Strong probiotic profile
  • Gluten free, gelatin free (vegetarian)
  • Non-GMO

 

What I Don’t:

  • Very mediocre taste on its own
