What I Like:

- Organic
- 6 live and active cultures — the most in any yogurt
- High in potassium, vitamin D, calcium and others
- Sweetened with stevia, an much more natural low-calorie sweetener
- Fat free
What I Don’t:
- Poor protein-to-sugar ratio — 17 grams of sugar vs. 7 grams of protein is better than most yogurts, but still not overly impressive
