V & Ms (Vitamins and Minerals):

Potassium - 380 mg, 11%
Calcium - 30%
Vitamin D - 20%
Phosphorus - 20%
Vitamin B 12 - 15%
Riboflavin - 20%

Live Cultures: S. THERMOPHILUSL. BULGARICUSL. ACIDOPHILUSBIFIDUSL. CASEI, AND L. RHAMNOSUS.

Taste: B. It’s good for yogurt with a nice creamy consistency. Nothing to rave about, but very solid, especially in smoothies.

What I Like:

  • Low calorie
  • Organic
  • 6 live and active cultures — the most in any yogurt
  • High in potassium, vitamin D, calcium and others
  • Sweetened with stevia, an much more natural low-calorie sweetener
  • Fat free

What I Don’t:

  • Poor protein-to-sugar ratio — 17 grams of sugar vs. 7 grams of protein is better than most yogurts, but still not overly impressive
