Hell yeah you are. Keep it up consistently and you’ll get there quicker than you think.

How long should i rest between sets?

    • https://www.leanit-up.com/ Bryan DiSanto

Keep it to 60 seconds for regular sets; 90 seconds for supersets.

Thanks for the quick reply Bryan. Have you given this workout a shot? Has anyone in the community tried it out for a while and reported results/effectiveness on the routine?

Hi bryan this is abrar frm india I hve been doing wrkout fr a long time but my chest dsnt look like it at all could u please help me out hope you understand my problem bro

    • https://www.leanit-up.com/ Bryan DiSanto

What’s your diet like and are you gradually progressing + increasing the weight? Intensity is everything (assuming proper form).

      • Mohd Abrar

Yup bro I have been doing so but since I dont have a proper guide I am nt able to make up my self I would be glad if u give me a upper hand to build a good physique

        • https://www.leanit-up.com/ Bryan DiSanto

I’d consider finding a trainer and/or someone to help you in-person. They’ll keep your workouts in check and intense, and make sure you’re pushed.

Yo Bryan, I don’t like doing dips, they bother my shoulders. What could be substituted for dips to keep the continuity?

    • https://www.leanit-up.com/ Bryan DiSanto

No prob. Try dumbbell pullovers and/or a dumbbell overhead triceps extension (or superset them).
