[Recipes] The Ultimate Mass Gainer — Chocolate Almond Protein Shake

[Recipes] The Ultimate Mass Gainer -- Chocolate Almond Protein Shake, chocolate almond protein shake recipe, chocolate almond protein shake, protein shake recipes

Have you ever heard anyone say: “you have to eat big to get big”? There’s some truth to that — you generally need to eat more calories than you’re burning to pack on serious muscle. Many supplement companies offer mass gainers to supplement the process, which are really just high calorie protein powder on “steroids” (not literally of course). The problem with mass gainers is that the ingredient list is often very lengthy — containing far too many hard-to-pronounce chemicals and artificial ingredients — and they don’t taste very good.

Skip the pre-blended mass gainers and use real food to fuel your muscle-building endeavors. Our Chocolate Almond Protein Shake is the ultimate lean muscle mass gainer. With just 6 ingredients and over 800 incredibly delicious calories, it’s a nutritious, natural way to provide hungry muscles with the calories, protein, and nutrients they need to gain size and strength. For more information on muscle-building nutrition, check out our guide here.

And if gaining major muscle isn’t your primary goal, you can easily convert it into an uberhealthy, fat-blasting meal by splitting the shake in half.
