How To: The Supercharged Shamrock Protein Shake


Prep Time: 2 Minutes | Servings: 2 Shamrock Protein Shakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond/coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla/unflavored protein powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Ice

 

How To:
  • 1. Throw everything into a blender, preferably a Vitamix.
  • 2. Blend.
  • 3. Pour.
  • 4. Chug and get festive.
