Irish It UP — The Supercharged Shamrock Protein Shake [Recipes]
Get festive and IRISH IT UP this St. Patty’s Day with our Supercharged Shamrock Protein Shake.
Using a combo of uber-nutritious, powerhouse ingredients—including AVOCADO (yes, AVOCADO), spinach, and chia seeds—it quickly pours out high into one festive, dangerously delicious, Hulk green smoothie that’s jacked up with nutrition.
Just like the Guinness you’ll be sucking down in celebration, it’s thick and delectably frothy, thanks to the creaminess of avocado and richness of almond milk.
I promise, you’ll be delightfully surprised. And subsequently addicted.
Between protein, fiber, vitamins A & K, potassium, and healthy fats, you’ll infuse your body with the nutrients needed to recover after any workout gauntlet, AND receive a high-octane surge of energy to power you through one of the most rambunctious holidays of the year.
Enjoy it — happy St. Patty’s Day!
