Got A Broken Diet? Fix It With This Simple 3-Step Process [Infographic]
Working with a broken diet? Fix it. You’re actively bleeding health.
Precision Nutrition’s John Berardi put together a gorgeous, powerful infographic that lays out a simplified 3-step process to overhaul any horrible diet. It’s a shockingly simple—yet effective—way to look at nutrition, and a smart guide to follow if you’re trying to make a lean, healthy upgrade.
Effectively it all comes down to three mind-blowing concepts — get enough of what the body needs (e.g. protein, water, veggies), cut out what the body doesn’t (e.g. bad fats, sugar), and adjust your eating to support personal activity levels. Run down the ladder, honestly assess where your nutrition stands, and hit the points that stand out.
Take it step-by-step. Small steps eventually amount to massive change. And if you’re baffled by anything, including I/V/O body types, refer back to the full article.
