    Hey Bryan!
    One quick question about this workout. Is it meant to be done as a circuit (do all exercises once then repeat the entire thing) or am I supposed to do each exercise for the recommended set amount before moving on to the next exercise? This always confuses me :-/
    Love, love, love these workouts!! The upper body workouts kept my sanity intact while I spent 8 weeks on crutches earlier this year. Thanks so much!!
