[Recipes] Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Rolled oats, quick oats, steel-cut oats…with so much variety it can be tough to decide between all of the options.
I usually go with quick oats because I can quickly throw them in the microwave and they’re ready to eat in under two minutes, but if I had more time in the morning I’d prefer rolled/steel-cut oats, as the consistency is a little more like food and less like mush.
As it turns out rolled and steel-cut oats don’t have to be cooked to taste incredible. You can easily make no-cook, flavored overnight oats by simply combining raw oats with liquid and allowing them to soak through the night. In the morning you’ll have a delicious, nutritious, instant breakfast pre-made and ready-to-go.
From the picture these Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats make not look that appetizing, but trust me on this one — they’re well worth a shot.
