How To:

Protocol: 60 seconds

Difficulty: Beginner

Target Muscle(s): Lower Abs, Transverse Abdominis

  • 1. Place your feet firmly on top of a Swiss ball and fully extend outwards into full plank position.
  • 2. With your weight firmly on your forearms, brace your abs, tighten your core, and maintain a straight line along the top of your body.
  • 3. Hold this position for 45 seconds or longer. Don’t let your body sag as it can cause lower back stress.
