2. Rotational Lunges


How To:

Protocol: 4 sets — 15 reps/leg

Target Muscle(s): Legs (All), Butt, Core

  • (1) Hold a dumbbell and lunge forward with your right leg. Rotate your torso to the right so that weight comes over your right leg.
  • (2) Press through your butt and press back up to start. Repeat for the left leg and continue to alternate for a total of 15 reps per side.
