Post Workout Meal 4 — ABB Sandwich


Our Almond Butter Banana Sandwich (ABB) is an upgraded, updated version of the classic PB & J. It’s high in protein and heavy in potassium, fiber, healthy fats, and other important nutrients.

  • Slather toasted whole grain bread (I like Ezekiel’s) with a thick slathering of almond butter.
  • Layer it with sliced bananas.
  • Drizzle with a thin coating of honey.
  • Dust with a little cinnamon.
