9. Chocolate Almond Crunch — 7.5/10

Chocolate Almond Crunch has an overwhelming amaretto flavor that hits you in the face immediately. If that’s your thing (think rainbow cookies) you’ll absolutely love it, but personally, it’s a little too overpowering and harsh for me to go crazy over.

For a flavor that advertises crunch, I’d love to see more of it, as the almonds a few and far between.

Otherwise, it’s all around very solid and one of the more intriguing flavors Halo Top has released, albeit definitely an acquired taste. I can see it being a love/hate immediately for most people.

Nutrition: 70 calories, 2.5g fat, 2g fiber, 5g sugar, 6g protein

 

10. Cookies & Cream — 6.5/10

Weirdly, Cookies & Cream is the only new flavor of Halo Top that I didn’t like. The flavor is lackluster, feels off, and frankly tastes a little bit artificial.

Altogether, the consistency is fine but the flavor is watery and weak, and I’m not getting strong hints of cookie or cream.

It easily occupies my last spot, no contest.

Nutrition: 80 calories, 2.5g fat, 3g fiber, 7g sugar, 6g protein

  • I Must Have Power Absolute ™

    The cookies and cream one doesnt taste like anything, it just tastes like ice. I was pretty disappointed after hearing all the hype.(and paying the expensive price). And when I say ice, I mean flavorless. It had had even 20% of flavor I would have been happy. Tried multiple tubs to make sure I didnt get a “bad batch”. Good to see you also thought it was garbage and it wasnt just me. I’ll try one of the other ones.
