Why I LOVEEEE Coffee & Tea [Infographic]
I recently stumbled upon this infographic a la The Greatist and I think it does a fantastic job of visually capturing just how healthy coffee & tea are for the body.
Drink on…and consider diversifying your tea palatte beyond traditional black tea. White tea, oolong tea, red tea, and plain-old green tea all offer superior health benefits and are PACKED with delicious, delicate herbal flavor.
Enjoy!
