Berry Banana Flaxseed Protein Smoothie [Recipes]

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh/frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh/frozen strawberries
- 1/2 large banana
- 1.5 cups Almond Breeze coconut almond milk (regular almond milk or skim milk also work)
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder (I like Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard)
- 3 ice cubes
Directions
Throw all of the ingredients together in a large blender. Blend until smooth and pureed, without completely liquifying the entire smoothie. Blending should last about 15 - 20 seconds on high.
