5 Spookily Delicious, Candy-Inspired Protein Shake Recipes To Chug This Halloween [Recipes]
BOO. Happy Halloween.
Addicted to candy? Probably. It’s basically edible crack. As far as we’re concerned, Halloween a national, once-a-year, built-in cheat day — a few fun size bricks won’t blow anything up. Unless you’re downing 23 Baby Ruths. Then you’ve got issues.
But in the off chance that you’re willing to exercise some semblance of leanness, chug your candy instead. In the spirit of Halloween, we’ve lined up 5 spookily delicious protein shake recipes inspired by popular Halloween candy — including Almond Joy, Reese’s, Snickers, Peppermint Patties, and Caramel Apples.
Toss everything in a blender, spin it around, and guzzle profusely. It’s a lean way to get your candy fix AND pump yourself up with protein, without all of the sugar and artificial crap.
