  • I’m happy to see Cheerios on the list.

what about Barbara’s Puffins cereal? I can’t find it on the list. Could you rate that cereal for me?

  • steve

So 50 is the # 50 best and 1 is the #1 BEST healthiest in that order or is it reversed. I read but didn’t understand the concept.

    • Hey Steve — If you look at part 3, we ranked 275 different brands of cereal. This is a countdown of the 50 HEALTHIEST cereals, from #50 (the 50th healthiest cereal) all the way down to #1 (the healthiest cereal). Think of it as a snapshot on the healthy end of the cereal spectrum.

Admittedly, this is a few years old so it’s much harder to read than we’d like. I’ll work to 1) update it with the newest brands, and 2) revamp the list to make it easier to read.

      Best,

      Bryan

  • Karina Salas

Bryan, why is it that oats are #11? I’ve read so many articles and people always recommend oatmeal as the best cereal and carbs in general? Thanks
