MAKE. THIS. RIGHT. NOW. It’s called shakshuka and it’s effing delicious. And uber-lean and nutrient-dense. And just about the best thing ever for a hangover.

I put off making this ever since you posted about it, until today. Upgraded a little by adding some savory, sesame seed, poppy seed, flax seed and a tiny bit of chopped up walnuts and also used an orange bell pepper. It’s probably the tastiest easiest recipe I’ve stumbled across in quite a while.

LOVE you customizations (how healthy and interesting) — that looks bomb. Pictures can always wait :). I actually started using yellow/orange peppers, too, and love how it comes out.
