I’ve just found this website & been reading the article on 30 protein packed small meals under 250 cals. I’m new to all this, ive shredded a lot of weight (this was through a lot of cardio workouts) but really need more muscle definition & to tone up a lot more. I’ve just started incorporating dumbbell’s & kettle bells into my workouts more. I’m aware I really need to be eating a lot more so what’s the best was to fit in 5-6 small protein packed meals in every day??!! I normally eat twice a day & have a protein shake.
