    Hey Bryan, so I don’t really have a specific question… more of an introduction I guess. My name is Cristina I’m a twenty year old college student from New York. I was athletic all my life growing up, but stopped playing sports when I came to college. Around junior year of high school I gained a little weight around my stomach and it never went away. Over my winter break this year, I gained 10 pounds which was odd because while I couldn’t lose weight I never gained it either. I’m 5’1″ and small so you wouldn’t think I have this issue looking at me, but I am really uncomfortable with my stomach and really need help. My main issue is that I have an extremely limited number of foods to choose from as I mostly only eat carbs (pasta, cereal, bread) aka the worst stuff. I hate almost all food which presents an issue. Also, as far as exercise I’m so out of shape that I don’t even know where to begin. I can barely go on the treadmill for a few minutes without getting winded. Summer is around the corner, and I don’t want to be embarrassed to wear a bathing suit this year. I was wondering if you had any advice for me. Sorry this is so long I just haven’t been able to do anything that has worked for me.
