Hey everyone. I don’t see any other posts here so I’m hoping that I’m asking in the right place. i read through the Whey Protein Forum which I found extremely insightful and valuable, and literally changed my outlook on Whey. i was wondering if they same had ever been done for Creatine powers. Are all creatine powders the same?

I tend to buy the high end products (ON, BPI, BSN) thinking that they are better, but after reading the Protein Whey segment, I’m wondering if i’m wasting my hard earned cash.

I’m currently using CellMass and Syntha-6

    Hey Janandrin,

To keep this as simple as possible — no. Go with any Creatine Monohydrate that’s cheap and pure, “designer” versions of creatine really haven’t been proven to offer any substantial benefit over CM.

You can usually pick up a huge jug for like $10, which is why it’s such a great supplement. Cheap, effective, easy to use. Mix it with orange juice or something similar (helps with absorption).

Here’s a second topic on creatine just FYI: https://www.leanit-up.com/chat/forums/topic/creatine/
