And that’s exactly what Lean It UP! is all about…INCINERATING FAT while developing toned-up, fresh new slabs of muscle.

Lean It UP! provides information, advice, & workout plans—all 100% based on my knowledge/expertise as a certified personal trainer & sports nutritionist, and over 6 years of lifting & dieting experience—that can help streamline your journey to a LEAN, fat-free, rock solid physique. Beyond that…it’s all about promoting superior health and well-being.

Over the years I’ve experimented with 100′s of different workout plans, ridiculous diets, supplements, and exercises (check out my bio page for my story) to the point where I straight up know what works and what doesn’t. Trust me…I’ve suffered A LOT, both mentally and physically, trying to ignorantly figure out how to get a body like the guys on the cover of Men’s Health. It…totally…sucks. Well, until you figure it all out…and then it’s just oh so sweet.

My goal with Lean It UP! is to help YOU cut out 90% of the unnecessary—extremely frustrating—failure that I experienced, and get straight into sculpting the perfect, leaned up body in the most efficient way possible.
