Ciao!

I’m Bryan DiSanto, the owner/designer/editor of  Lean it UP!. Additionally-and more importantly-I’m an ACE certified Personal Trainer, ISSA certified Sports Nutrition Expert, NYU-Stern School of Business grad, ex-fat kid, and absolute fitness/nutrition/health nut.

Over the past 5 years I’ve transformed my body in pretty much the most schizophrenic way imaginable. During my junior year of high school I peaked at a FAT 210 lbs–-25% body fat (I’m 5’11); by the end of my freshman year of college I pulled a “Freshman -55″ and dropped all the way down to a stupidly skinny 145 lbs, and literally looked like I was dying of hunger; and in nearly 3 years since then I’ve packed on over 25 pounds of pure, natural, grade A muscle to hit a leaned up 175 lbs…all while keeping my body fat at an all time low of 7%.

Over that time period I’ve experimented with 100′s of different workout routines, exercises, nutrition plans, and supplements…pretty much everything imaginable. Through all the trial and error, self guinea pig-age, and body transformation I’ve ultimately reached a point in which I straight-up know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to sculpting an unbelievable body in the healthiest, most effective, most enjoyable way possible.

My goal is to help YOU avoid the same mistakes and pain that I’ve experienced, and make your body transformation as simple, effective, and painless as possible.
