Food Hacks — Lean Up Your Morning, Shed Pounds, & Boost Your Health With Cinnamon Spiced Coffee

Drop the milk, sugar, Splenda, sweeteners, and other nonsense that you’re probably about to dump into your next cup of coffee.

There’s a new secret weapon that can help control weight and reduce a variety of key health vitals — fresh cinnamon.

On its own, coffee is a lean machine.
